I was greeted immediately in the Cook Springs store by a young man named Connor. I explained what I needed and he walked me directly to cabinet that these items were and when he saw they were out, he immediately said he would check in the back to see if they had others. He returned quickly with two options for me to consider. He didn’t try to talk me into the more costly option, he simply explained the difference and that either would work. Thank you Connor for excellent customer service!

We had a great experience with Electronic Express. We stopped in late to buy a washing machine. The employee was knowledgeable and thorough in providing info on each of the 2 brands we asked about, and knew the differences in each model of those brands. Delivery was within 48 hours, and the delivery guys were clean, professional and made sure we were satisfied with the service before they left. Painless process.

Great experience here as my first visit. All the employees were very helpful getting me a dishwasher. From start to finish, with it loaded into my truck was under 15 minutes. Fantastic price! I went to 3 different places looking at dishwashers. They had the best prices for the best quality of dishwasher. Thanks again!

I went in to buy an appliance package for my new home. Devin showed me every appliance in which I was interested. I was impressed with his knowledge and courtesy. I selected a Washer, dryer, range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and hood vent of a better quality than Lowe's or Home Depot's offered me for half the price. I was seriously shocked at the incredible deal. Plus Devin signed me up for 0% interest for 36 months. And they're holding it until the house is ready for delivery. I could not be more pleased with Devin or Electronic Express. I told a coworker about the deals and he went in the next day and bought new appliances as well. Electronic Express is my new go to for electronics and appliances.
